Shipping
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for late arrival of orders due to delays on behalf of ground shipper and/or customs or local authorities for international shipments. Please be aware that your order might be subject to custom fees, and/or taxes for orders outside US, Canada, and Australia. All orders ship within 3 business days (usually sooner). It is however difficult to guarantee against occasional delays, and in the event of an error on the part of Askr & Embla LLC, Askr & Embla LLC will issue a refund of the difference in shipping rates. On all Sleepods orders , we offer $10 flat rate ground shipping to the entire continental US using USPS ground (2-8 days). $25 ground shipping (6-10 days) on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and $35 flat rate to Canada. Please contact us before placing an order for delivery outside the US and Canada for exact shipping charges.
Returns
If you're not happy with your recent purchase, you may return merchandise within 10 (ten) days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus original shipping charges, if any. Free returns for continental US only. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
To make a return, email us to [email protected] with RETURNS in subject line and we'll email you a return label. Please note that we DO NOT accept returns without receiving written request.
Item(s) must be returned in original condition with all tags, instructions and packaging intact. We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, damage, wash, alteration or without manuals, storage bag and all original packaging. Any item(s) returned between 10 and 20 days after purchase will be automatically given a store credit that is redeemable on our site at any time. Your refund will be credited to the same card or payment method used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to post your account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way! * Sale items and international orders are final sale.
